Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must be attached

• Proof of purchase required

Non-returnable items:

• Sale items

• Final drop items

• Underwear / intimate apparel (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
